So, I am a recent passout, not fully(1 subject le lyang garexa tara tyo within this year katxa). Maile linkedIn yeti dherai explore gari rako hunxu ane job haru ni apply gari rako hunxu almost around 2/3 jobs applied daily, but in return what? The answer is nothing, no response, no rejection, no follow-up mail, literally nothing. I have been doing this for around 2 months, but absolutely nothing. Nepal ko job market kina yetti sarai fcked vako frustrate nai huni garera for a fresher like us. I have applied for many intern positions, junior roles, trainee roles, assistant or support roles. But nothing. I am a computer engineering students knows the basics of everything. If I got a chance, I could do almost everything, but no one considers us freshers until we have some connections. From 4 years degree, we learn so much about so many things, but where do we apply those things, and where do we learn new things from if not getting anything after graduation? Found out we have to learn something or some skills from an academy or training center where the trainer is experienced professionals from some IT company, and after learning, they will give us an internship, why not jobs directly, 4 barsha pelai sakiyo yr ajhai kati pelauni job ko lagi? I was very motivated, fast, and self learner if wanted then I could learn about it and apply it in real projects, but now my motivation fades, kei sikna man ni lagdaina, just scrolling and wasting time and every job description makes me frustrated. Tell me, really, how many of you guys applied for jobs through LinkedIn and got them recently, not like 2/3 years ago? I want to know about it and wanted to seek genuine advice. Now I feel like they post job vacancy in linkedIn for just the showcase of their position, not for actual recruitment cause they hire someone from their staff, connections, or the person/relatives of officers.
