It is just creating more pressure on worker from 9 - 5 and for public people also has to get to the places early. The real concern is a. has the crowd reduced? b. has the work been more fast and effective? That is very less to none. A single mom who is bureacrats lives in my house and i see her daily hectic, hassle, and stress due to 9-5. Also we are having 4 days holiday this coming week. See, how many business days gets canceled in government and work gets delayed. 9-5 ma karmachari agadi aayera khali office ma basne matra hola, sewa grahi pani aunu paryo ni haina ra? - 8 baje nai khana khayera ready bhayera hunu paryo, bachha lai school ready garna etc etc dehrai practical life issue chan ani tyo yetikai ni balance garna sakena bhane health issue, frustration aucha nai... sabai jana le sajilai garna sakdaina yo. Especially who lives in rent will know this issue Focus on training the staff, do golden handshake and recruit new ones, adaption of new technology is the best way. Since bureaucratic work is all process based, so make the process more easy and efficient. I even wish ki court ko judge ko decision process pani software based hos, there are judges who are corrupted and will not give decision on cases rather they will send file for other other things keep pending. People who have been to this know how frustrating this is... Most of the worker can be removed or atleast replaced and send to other work by machines like atm machines kind of which can do work like document verification, check, stamps, biometric kind of stuff can be done. I may not be 100% correct but 2 days holiday is also not correct solution when the working days is getting delayed where Nepal is already delayed by centuries. People who have to go to court, govt officies daily knows about this issue.
