Job Title: Accounts & Vendor Management Executive Industry: Restaurant / F&B Experience: 1–2 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Vendor Management Executive to handle our billing, vendor coordination, compliance liaison, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can work independently, stay organized under pressure, and represent the business professionally with external parties. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts • Manage daily invoicing, billing, and payment tracking • Maintain accurate records of all transactions — receivables and payables • Reconcile accounts on a weekly and monthly basis • Flag discrepancies and resolve them promptly Vendor Management • Onboard new vendors and maintain updated vendor files and contracts • Track payment cycles and ensure timely payments • Negotiate basic terms and handle day-to-day vendor communication • Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues when needed Reporting • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on vendor spend, outstanding payments, and billing summaries • Present clean, accurate data to management for decision-making Audit & Compliance • Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times • Coordinate with the company CA for GST filings, tax returns, and financial audits • Support internal and external audit processes with proper record-keeping License & Regulatory Liaison • Coordinate with license holders for timely renewal of FSSAI, trade, and other applicable licenses • Track renewal deadlines and ensure zero lapses in compliance Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in accounts or billing, preferably in F&B or hospitality • Hands-on experience coordinating with a Chartered Accountant • Exposure to audit documentation and compliance processes • Familiarity with accounting software — Tally, QuickBooks, or similar • Valid driving license for both two-wheeler and four-wheeler • Own vehicle preferred • Mature temperament — able to handle vendor disputes, deadline pressure, and cross-functional coordination without escalating unnecessarily Salary range(25k-35k) based on experience What We’re Looking For in a Person Someone who shows up, follows through, keeps records clean, and doesn’t need hand-holding after the first month.
