So aaja bihana the tv box didn't get internet and i tried to make it by pulling out the LAN cables and other wires and power of the box. Tei ni vayena and 30 mins earlier Maile feri here vayo ki vaneraa and it didn't. So i decided to contact the support team and they asked me to pull out the cables type sh. I did it again and again tespaxi i pulled the diagnosis error that showed abt nettv to the supporter and he says "diagnosis can't be done through the app" and i didn't think the issues was big that team would reach out. so I'm reaching out y'all if this is legit or not I GOT NO HATE OR SUS ABT THE WIFI SH WW BEEN USING TS FOR YEARS. (sorry mods if this isnt the channel to do or maybe yes) I'm waiting y'all for your things to say
