I feel like I messed up with eSewa, and now I’m stuck dealing with the consequences. At one point, an employee called me and convinced me to upgrade to a business account even though I didn’t actually have any business. I agreed without thinking much about it. At the time, it didn’t seem like a big deal. Now it’s come back to bite me. They contacted me again asking to verify my business, but since I never had one to begin with, I couldn’t provide anything. Because of that, they blocked my account, saying I don’t have a valid business. On top of that, I’m trying to fix things by completing my KYC, but even that has turned into a struggle. I can’t update my photo through the app, so they asked me to send documents manually. I’ve sent my photo and even a picture of me holding my citizenship, but they keep rejecting it, saying it’s not good enough. It’s frustrating, but at the same time, I know this situation started because I agreed to something I shouldn’t have in the first place. Now I’m just trying to sort it out and get my account back.
