Is it just me, or is eSewa’s merchant onboarding stuck in 2011? I’m trying to integrate their API for website payments. You click "Register Business" and I kid you not it redirects you to a basic Google Form. I filled it out over a month ago and it’s been absolute radio silence. No automated response, no merchant ID, nothing. For a company that claims to be the "biggest" (is it even the biggest anymore, or just the oldest?), using a manual spreadsheet-based pipeline for onboarding is a joke. Meanwhile, the competition is actually automating their KYC. Seeking a solution: For those who actually use this gateway, how did you get through? Did you have to find someone’s personal LinkedIn? Did you call a specific person at their office? Or is the actual solution just to move to Khalti/Fonepay and call it a day?
