It’s getting overwhelming, so I’m looking for someone who can take over my social media and also help with some day-to-day tasks. Role Overview: This is a hybrid role — mainly social media management, with some general assistance when needed. Responsibilities: * Manage social media accounts (replying to DMs, customer queries, comments) * Reposting stories and keeping the page active daily * Coming up with content ideas and helping grow the page * Handling social media for ~8 hours/day on your own device * Occasionally coming to my house for 3–4 hours to help with: * Order packing * Basic business tasks * Logging income & expenses Work Details: * Location: Kathmandu * Social media work: Remote (on your own device) * In-person help: As needed (few hours) * Day off: Saturday Salary: * NPR 10,000/month + performance bonus based on monthly sales * Expected total earning: around NPR 20,000/month Who I’m Looking For: * I am a female, so female candidates are preferred * Responsible and consistent * Good communication skills (important for customer handling) * Basic understanding of Instagram/social media * Creative (for content ideas) and organized If you're interested (or know someone who might be), please DM me with a short intro about yourself.
